Can you keyframe the zoomed video position and zoom value?
Yes, you can marque and area of the video. For Windows users hold down control+Shift and draw a rectangle. For Mac use Command rather than control.
To reposition use Control plus left click and drag. On Mac, it may be either control or command depending upon the machine.
